To be the world's beloved digital player is not all perks and frills. You also have to prepare and be wary that someday a new device, which is far more beautiful than you, will emerge . Perhaps this is what's playing on an iPod's mind, or memory. The mini digital music player from Apple Computer Inc gained itself not only one rival, but two. We have the rumored Zune music player by Microsoft and now we got the Toshiba Gigabeat S by Toshiba
Saturday, April 28. 2007
The player from Toshiba is not only a supercompact 30GB or 60GB portable player because it's also a video player. It can support and store more music, photo, and video files than the ordinary iPod. Aside from that, we cannot call this player a second-rate, trying hard, copycat because it has other features like FM tuners and it can support digital cam transfers. It runs on a super fast Portable Media Center operating system that provides the machine's superb sound.

But it seems to me that Apple will not let its iPod share the crown with other new players. Based on the recent news and half-gossip truth I've read in the net, Apple will soon give iPod a MOUTH. Yes, my dears, we'll soon have a talking iPod. Aside from that, there are rumors that the ATM card-sized device will also invade the gaming world and the cellular universe. Whew, iPod fans will get loads of reasons to celebrate if these rumors will come to life.
Thursday, April 26. 2007
Earth, I heard Apple Computer Inc., will produce another version of their popular iPods these coming days. This time, fans of the smaller-than-gum-packet gadgets will not only be enjoying an unlimited supply of music and photography, but as well as non-stop gaming. Jeez, perhaps we should be expecting more people on the streets with wires sprouting on their ears really soon. iPods have become today's most popular invention, beating solar-powered calculators and personal digital assistants in the recently concluded "Battle of the Handhelds"--- actually there was none.

IPods are really famous, you see. If people will choose between George Bush or Al Gore for president, I think they’d rather vote for these iPods. I’ve got nothing against the two politicians. But I’ll only vote for them if their memory can store five thousand songs and five hundred pictures. Nvidia, a company known to provide graphics software for PDAs, laptops, and smartphones is rumored to deliver the graphics software to the upcoming gaming iPods. But neither Nvidia nor Apple confirmed nor denied the issue.
Tuesday, April 24. 2007
The gaming iPod, which let's assume will be named iGame (since Apple products begins with the letter i), is said to compete with the all-time portable gaming console -- Nintendo’s Gameboy. There was also a report that Apple will be creating three-dimensional games for the iGame. I’m sure after the release of this gaming machine, Microsoft will also come out with a portable Xbox game console. If this gaming iPod becomes a hit, in no time we’ll be having movie iPods too.

The rumor about the Microsoft iPod slayer is still wildly circulating the digital world and blogosphere. I'm not sure, but I've got this funny feeling that attention-seeking Microsoft insiders were the ones who sabotaged the firm's plan of surprising music freaks. iPod lovers are rummaging the Internet to check the design of the MS music player. I haven't seen the real player yet because the company is trying its best to keep the public waiting.

Articles in the Internet and technology magazines said that the music gadget will be known by the world as Zune. I think they gave it that name to put a French feel to it. French people have lots of Zs in their language. Furthermore, Apple has an ongoing court battle against the European government especially France, regarding the iTunes issue. Speaking of iTunes, there's a report that Microsoft is currently wooing music companies to establish an online music service for Zune.
Saturday, April 21. 2007
Microsoft will continually kick the asses of other computer companies and not only Apple. Based on more reports, the Zune project also aims to create console players to rival those PSPs by Sony and Gameboys by Nintendo. Perhaps it'll be a mobile version of the wicked Xbox game consoles since the people handling the mysterious projects were the same who managed the Xboxes. Let's just hope that the new players will receive the same following that the iPods earned.
Thursday, April 19. 2007
Apple Computer Inc is not threatened by Microsoft's attempt of creating a music gadget similar to the former's iPods. The company is also not softened by the European communities' filing of lawsuits due to the issue on iTunes. As a matter of fact, the company will prove that they are hard as ever by introducing a new technology to the world's beloved gum-packet-sized player.
The company known for its user-friendly Mac computers and other digital gadgets will soon be wowing the music-freaking public with their talking iPods. No kidding. But take note that these new gadgets will only tell you basic information about the songs, albums, and performers in the queue. I know you're not idiotic enough to think that your iPods will talk to you when your friends won't.
The audible iPod technology was conceptualized to help reduce accidents due to iPods. As you've heard in news reports years ago, vehicular accidents occur because the drivers are stupid enough to check their iPods while driving. I think congressmen should pass a bill about no iPods while driving so morons will learn their lessons. Anyway, the company hasn't given clues about the launching of these gadgets.
Sunday, April 15. 2007
I think the days of the iPods by Apple Computer Inc are coming to an end. Microsoft, the software company is definitely not soft-hearted in building their own digital music player. I'm not sure what it's called, but it looks very similar to the smaller-than-a-gum-packet-music-player that we've learned to love.
As a matter of fact, aside from the small gadget, the company is also developing a web-based music provider that will give the same service that Apple offers. The new portable gizmo will be equipped with the wireless technology, which will make it easier for users to grab songs and videos without connecting to their computers. It is also reported that the Microsoft player will have high definition video images, which is better than video clippings in iPods.
According to the report, the team assigned to the mysterious music gizmo will be headed by the same tandem who managed to make the Xbox 360 game consoles by Microsoft a success. Personally, unless the mystery gizmo will not have anything special on it, Microsoft will appear to be a copycat since Apple was the first to revolutionize the music industry with iPods. I hope the one from Microsoft will have cool games in it.

Apple Computer Inc. is really dead serious about the pivotal role that it plays in the field of education. After signing the contract with the governor of Maine for a four-year laptop provision, the company recently launched their highly-affordable, and ultra portable notebook series called iMac. iMac is their latest pro-education machines that will replace their old eMacs.
The new series runs through the state-of-the-art Dual-Core Intel engine processor and Microsoft XP. It is packaged with a sleek, and transflective 17" Liquid Crystal Display screen that delivers pleasing images. Aside from the heavy-duty combination of DVD and CD drive, this model also sports a random access memory that users can upgrade to 2GB. What I like about this new series is that it's jam-packed with superb Apple features like the iMovieHD, iPhoto, iWeb, and iDVD.
Mac computers are the greatest, and the most user-friendly machines that kids will surely love. As a matter of fact, kids do love Apple products like their bestselling iPods. Getting kids comfortable and accustomed with Mac computers is the company's latest marketing strategy. My only gripe here is that the company should lessen the price from $900 to $700 to make it more appealing to parents like me.
Monday, April 9. 2007
Apple will definitely be a bit richer than Microsoft. Maine already signed a deal for the company to create computers exclusively for teachers and students who lived in the place. This is not in accordance to the $100 laptop bullshit that some dumbass is promoting. It is a simple project of the state in providing quality education for their children. I'm just not sure if the laptops are for free. But I hope they'll give me one.
I don't like children that much, but I'm happy for them because they'll get to experience what it's like to use a laptop. The said project is actually a step to eliminate the technology gap between the rich and the poor kids in the State. If my memory serves me right, Maine is the premier state in America to have this kind of project. I hope they'll increase the teachers' salaries and load their libraries with more books too.
Instead of the new white MacBooks, Maine ordered iBooks for their schools. Personally, I think that the MacBooks are better because they run on the Core Duo technology powered by Intel. The cost of the laptops was rumored less than $300 each. I just hope that the state will be able to pay the cost without its leaders corrupting our taxes.

 White Macs and Orange Giraffes
I read something horrible today. Apple Computer Inc., is doing ways to answer consumers' problems about the sudden discoloration of their MacBooks. I don't need this because my daughter loves the new look of my Mac laptop. She's an eight-year old damsel who loves personal digital assistants and portable laptops so much that she treats them as paint palettes.
My only white laptop earned dark stains after three weeks of use. According to the article, the company is taking all the blame and admitted that it is a manufacturing malady. I was shocked and furious with Apple when I first saw my laptop looking like a dalmatian puppy. But my daughter who likes animals said it was pretty, so I was thinking twice if I'll contact AppleCare or not.
Anyway, for people who have stains on their white MacBooks, they should start calling AppleCare to know what necessary actions they should undertake to have their machines replaced. But I doubt if the company's going to replace such damaged computers. It's all about the thermoplastic that the company used for the model's keymat! But don't worry, I'm not going to complain about mine. It recently got itself a makeover after my daughter painted it orange. "Mom, look, I turned it into a giraffe!"

Thanks to iPods, Apple Computer Inc. was able to gain its title as the greatest inventor that invented the greatest invention of the year. Sounds confusing but really, I think iPod is the best thing that ever happened to the computer history and music industry, for that matter. As a matter of fact, these slim music gadgets are so popular they beat beer in a recent college survey conducted last March winning almost 73% out of 100 percent of course.
Last year, drinking beer was the first choice of most college students when it comes to the "in" and cool things. But now, iPod means business when it beats the most popular beverage in the world. And the respondents are pretty sure that listening to their favorite iTunes or watching their favorite videos in the little machine will still be most enjoyable thing to do for the coming semesters.
If iPods are viruses, everyone's going to die of the epidemic because everywhere I go, people are like aliens that have sprouted wires in their ears connecting to the machines. Their heads bobbing up and down in the same way cats tilt their heads after shutting them inside a huge grandfather clock. If these tools were chocolates, definitely we will all die either of diabetes or severe ant bites.

The software giant is again brewing some new products that will totally be a sold-out to Microsoft-loving freaks. Perhaps, this is to prove that President Bill Gates won't entirely leave the company for good because he's starting new projects for the company before he focuses on his philanthropic deeds. However, this new project can get the company into trouble with two of its business partners--- Avaya and Cisco.
The communications road map project by the company will soon be commercialized sometime in 2007. This will allow users to get information and guide communications from new devices integrated in their old ones. The private branch exchanges (PBX) will be used for centralized office phones through the usual technologies in networking. But the representatives from the multi-billion company said that they're not actually competing with their two partners, since MS-based PBX has a different function from the ones created by Avaya and Cisco. Apparently, the new product offers few features and is focused on small and medium-sized businesses. Furthermore, large-scale companies that prefer wide-breadth of unified communications can choose either Avaya or Cisco products. Personally, I think morons should not fuss about the Microsoft's new projects that much because it's the consumers who'll choose the products that they want to use.

Last year, when the Apple Computer Inc. launched its first Mac Mini, only few Apple fans took a bite on the miniature size computer. But this situation didn't dampen their spirits, so the company is again releasing the latest version of the cute Mac computer sooner this year. And this time, the company made sure that their new baby is more tempting and savory to entice Apple and non-Apple fans.
The new mini is packaged with the fast dual-core Intel engine processor to make sure that it can handle more workloads than the its rotten predecessor. With the Intel and Boot Camp technology added on the machine, it would now be possible to run both the Mac X operating system and Windows operating system on your computer. More than that, installing Windows OS to this new machine is definitely a no-brainer.
Furthermore, it now includes its very own remote control to make it easier to use and more appealing to consumers without the high level of technical knowledge. The mini can be used as a stand-alone DVD and CD player, as surely as a unique photo editor. I think you can attach both Xbox game consoles and PlayStation machines on this computer just like in the MacBooks.

Apple Computer Inc. recently launched their new collection of portable computers that run in an all-Intel processor. The latest MacBooks were created to supplant the old iBooks and PowerBooks.
The said portables will have Intel powered by the Core Duo technology as its official processor.
These laptops are much more affordable than the previous MacBooks because they only cost $1099. With a huge hard drive memory and fast processor, the Mac laptops are envisioned to handle more office workloads than any of its contemporaries within the same price range. The look of the portable computers was also changed because they became a bit thinner, but a little heavier this time.
They are also packaged with glossy, transflective screens that can display more brilliant images than the iBooks. There's a whole lot of new features in these new gadgets; one of them is the integrated iSight videocam. They've also added the unique MagSafe adapter that attaches to the laptops through magnets to prevent laptop crashes and accidents. The Boot Camp software program is also included in the package that makes the Macs special by having two powerful operating systems at the same time -- Windows and Mac X. The user-friendly interface of Apple products makes the company among the best provider of computer hardware and peripherals.

Well, well, well, iPod is clearly the best and the greatest invention of the 21st century. Firstly, because it is the only music player where we can download as many iTunes as we can. Secondly, it has a pivotal in the flick Scary Movie 4, as the biological weapon that was used by outer space inhabitants to destroy earthlings. Thirdly, because it is easier to use and have a bigger memory than MP3s or MP4s. And lastly... I think the thirdly is the same as my lastly.
Anyway, sports buffs, shoe collectors, and iPod addicts will have more reasons to celebrate because of the latest Nike+iPod Sport Kit. Yes, your dirty minds are right, Apple Computer Inc. and Nike Inc. have joined forces to bring you a music player that communicates with the sensor in the shoes to bring you tracks of your performance and music while you run.The cyclist Lance Armstrong, Tour de France champion, and ex-boyfriend of singer Sheryl Crow will be the official endorser of the product. For $29, you'll get informed about the calories that you burn, your pace, and your speed through the player's headphone or on-screen. There will also be a lot of danceable iTunes so that you'll be more energetic the next time you want to run the mile.
